# Bring in your actuals

> Connect your accounting system once, and actuals arrive on a schedule without anyone exporting anything.

This is done once. After it, actuals arrive on a schedule without anyone exporting anything.

## What you can connect today

| Status | Providers |
| - | - |
| Available now | Odoo Accounting · Xero · QuickBooks Online · Zoho Books |
| Coming soon | Sage · NetSuite. Use **Request notification** on the card. |
| Manual | **Upload CSV**, at the foot of the Integrations page. |

## Steps

1. Open **Integrations**. Find your provider under **Accounting Software**, or use **Search providers**.
2. Click **Connect**. For a second company or branch on the same provider, click **Add another connection**.
3. Fill in the details and click **Connect**.

| Field | What to enter |
| - | - |
| Display name | How this connection appears in Kompass, such as the branch or company name. |
| Labels | Optional tags to group connections, for example `nairobi, production`. |
| Tenant / organisation ID | Which organisation in your accounting system to read. Your provider supplies it. |
| Access and refresh tokens | The OAuth2 tokens from your provider. The refresh token keeps the connection alive. |
| Sync schedule | How often Kompass pulls data. **Every day**, before your team starts work, is usual. |

> **One connection per organisation.** If your ledger holds several companies or branches as separate organisations, add a connection for each. They consolidate in Kompass afterwards.

Connections appear beneath the provider card with a status dot, so you can see which are live.

## Uploading a CSV instead

**Upload CSV** opens **Settings › Data & imports**. A file goes into a connection, so the connection has to exist first. If your system has no connector, ask us to set one up, then upload into it.
