# Common questions

> Where to look when variance looks wrong, actuals stop updating, or your system is not listed.

| Problem | Where to look |

| My variance looks wrong | Check the unmapped count on the budget first. Unmapped lines sit in the budget total but have no actuals to compare against. |
| Actuals have not updated | Check the connection in **Integrations**. A revoked or expired token stops the sync, and the connection shows it. Co-Pilot also flags that it has no actuals to validate against. |
| The figures are out by a factor of a thousand | **Figures are in** did not match the workbook. Upload the budget again with the right setting. |
| I need a second company or branch | Add another connection in **Integrations** for that organisation. Connected organisations consolidate together afterwards. |
| My accounting system is not listed | If its card says **Coming soon**, use **Request notification**. Otherwise use **Upload CSV** at the foot of the Integrations page. |
| Nobody has explained a variance | Assign the line to its owner from the variance table. It shows **Waiting for explanation** until they answer. |
